Grandview Avenue

Perched on a knoll with water views, this summer home’s overgrown and outdated landscape was in need of a deft touch of color and elegance. The client also desired strategic screening in private areas. An unusual request was easily met for non-flowering plants near the main porch due to bee sting allergy concerns. Broad sweeps of lawn and plantings were integrated with ledge outcroppings surrounding this historic shingle-style residence and guest house. Installed by Brad Meserve. Maintained by Tyler Parker.
