Outdoor spaces at their finest
A newly subdivided Stowe property above High Pond and facing Mt. Mansfield needed an outdoor space worthy of its surroundings. The existing twenty acres in a quintessential Vermont maple-beech upland forest had much to offer within and around the property boundaries.
A sizable pond to the northwest and rolling, uninterrupted meadow views of the Worcester range to the southeast sustain an environment to be desired. The prior land owner’s dedication to fruit and vegetable production added immediate value to this unique property.
In the Spring of 2018, Loomis Property Services commissioned a design with ZBA to create a new outdoor patio meant for entertaining. The new client’s musts included a fire pit, hot tub and a designated grilling area.
